I've set up a return of original for a refund instead. All of this because I hadn't double checked size of my eldest daughters Converse. Last I got her were a 5, found out today her newest are a 5.5. She's getting Vans for a surprise present anyway but still 😂

I've made a right mess of a simple Amazon return (trainers for a Christmas present). I ordered replacement item in different size, then realised Amazon can exchange, so cancelled order, set up exchange but then saw I'd chosen wrong trainers! Cancelled exchange and just ordered replacement again.

Collected my new prescription glasses today. Handily I got the bus in and the stop in town is near Sainsburys so popped in just for these 2 😂 Oh and I can see again now which is nice.

As it's now November it is going to take every ounce of restraint I have to not put my Christmas tree up after work 🎄

I'm also now broke 💷 💷

Went to Specsavers today for my eye test & need new glasses. I'm looking forward to going back to collect them, they'll look nothing like the ones I think I've ordered. It happens every time 😂 Also I have varifocals so praying it won't take 4 follow up adjustment visits to get them right 🙏

It was only 12° in the office this morning at 7.30am when I got in, our whole building is freezing. I presumed as I work in the public sector they couldn't afford to heat the buildings but the powers that be have just agreed to turn the heating on!! 🎉

I know what you mean. But I'm watching an anniversary screening of Christine at the cinema so will probably watch Uncanny, although football is on as well.
