You are aware that there isn’t a total of 100% electric vehicles on the European roads - which is why this isn’t a problem at all.
The expansion of electric vehicles is a development in progress, strengthening the electric grid in Europe are that too.

It’s a much larger accounting than that with many more parameters to take into consideration too.
Multiple studies show that electric vehicles indeed are much better for the environment than fossil cars - already after about 2 years on the roads.
