I use NotebookLM all the time to summarize podcasts and YouTube videos. I also occasionally upload PDFs of challenging books I’m reading - or listening to - so it can help clarify certain points. When I'm reading fiction, it’s especially helpful for reminding me about characters I’ve forgotten.

I'm at the same point and feel similarly. The time jumps don't help. But I still find it entertaining.
