The only thing I hold Ballard truly responsible for, was holding onto adam Vinatieri for two extra seasons. He cost us arguably 3 playoff appearances when he forgot how to kick extra points. He got the yips, and Ballard stuck with him. Thats the most fireable offense of his career in Indy imo.

Also, Parris Campbell was a good pick. Not Ballard’s fault he kept getting injured. He could’ve been great, and he also got a second contract, even despite the injuries.

Odeyngbo is good too and getting better. Tyquan was developing into a true stud before all his injuries. And look at the offensive linemen he’s drafted! A starting LT in the 3rd round?! He’s hit on a ton of O linemen.

You didn’t mention Khari Willis, or Isaiah Rogers, both very good picks. Khari retiring to spend more time with his cult, and Rogers being a degenerate gambler, aren’t ballard’s fault. Okereke was good enough to get a big contract elsewhere, Zaire is a Pro Bowler,did you even mention Darius Leonard?
