4,017 people waited more than 8 hours at A&E last week.
Winter typically brings the worst pressures at A&E, yet we have been seeing crisis level waiting times for months already.
The SNP Government's mismanagement of the health service has left A&E trapped in a state of permanent crisis.
Nothing to see here, just a GB News presenter suggesting the BBC bung Donald Trump a few million of license fee payers' money.

The river Tay meets the sea at Dundee. On the opposite bank to the south is Fife. This was home for a decade. I still miss living by the water, and the people who made us welcome. Doesnβt matter that we made #Northumberland home and fifteen years have sped by.

Photo of Ed Davey speaking in parliament - overlaid with a headline from the Guardian that reads: The first step towards saving our precious BBC: remove Robbie Gibb from the board
The government must remove Robbie Gibb from the BBC board immediately β and end the practice of political appointments, which so badly undermines the BBC, altogether.

When John Swinney was Education Secretary, the SNP made a manifesto commitment to cut teachersβ class contact time.
But it hasn't happened, and teachers are so angry about it that they could go on strike.
Why has the SNP not delivered their manifesto commitment to our teachers?

Yes there is a bias on some BBC political programmes and itβs quite clearly a Reform / right wing bias!

Β£270 back in your pocket.
Lib Dems are calling for a 5% VAT cut to save the high street and help make small joys affordable again.
Our Plan to cut the cost of living: Remove the renewable levy and cut your energy bills by Β£90 a year. Deliver an emergency 5% cut to VAT for pubs, restaurants and hospitality - to make going out cheaper. Put Β£270 back in your pocket over the next 18 months.
A trip to the pub or fish and chips on a Friday shouldn't be an unaffordable luxury for hard-working people.

Fact check: Starmer only achieved 34% of the popular vote, it is just our crazy electric system that gave him the majority of the seats

The Prime Minister talks the talk on supporting an independent BBC, but he refuses to walk the walk.
Robbie Gibbs must go.
Donald Trump is coming for the BBC and for your wallets.
I urged the Prime Minister to stand up for the 23.8 million licence fee paying households, and tell Trump he won't get a penny.

The government needs to stand up for a truly independent BBC free from political meddling.
That means sacking Robbie Gibb and ending the political grip on the BBC board.
