Right there, that's the authority to arrest any and all individuals who are violating the Constitution of the United States. But then what? I suggest that the military leaders appoint a committee of all living presidents (minus the perpetraitor) to oversee the selection of a caretaker administration for the duration of this term. During this same time, any and all who are accused of participation in the unlawful processes of the coup must be detained without bail until a military court can be convened. All assets must be frozen for the duration of the trial. Those who are found guilty will forfeit all assets, because they have used their assets to fund the coup. Let me also suggest that the military tribunals must take precedence over all civil lawsuits or complaints. So that the piles of red tape will not create additional delays in the more important matters. But bail must be denied. We have seen how perpetraitors use their freedom to commit more crimes. This is my suggestion.
