Well, this isn’t going to be good. Trump nominated Paul Ingrassia to lead the Office of Special Counsel, an independent agency meant to protect whistle-blowers and enforce ethics laws in the federal government.

Everyone’s been stressed about tariffs now the courts have spoken. A panel of federal judges just blocked Trump from imposing some of his steepest tariffs on China and other trading partners, ruling that he far exceeded his authority under federal law. In short, Trump’s tariffs were ruled illegal.

Today in the Oval Office, Trump said he’s considering pardoning the men convicted for plotting to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020.
