AI bots were developed because some rich, lazy a-hole wanted normal people to be able to feel like rich, lazy a-holes, because at the end of the day, if we could choose to be rich, lazy a-holes, most of us would.
And that's why AI exists.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

This is why AI bots have always confounded me. I don't NEED a bot to write an email for me. I do it quite well myself. But some people don't have that skill, and that's why AI bots were developed.
I don't know why it took me this long to realize it.

So, I'm watching the scene in a TV show where this guy is talking to his assistant, asking her to send a gift with a card. "Something affectionate," he says. "No, something polite" and it hit me.
Writing is not hard - arguably it's easier for me, a writer, than some, but it's not hard.

I'm going to start carrying a flask with me to all of my press events (in person and virtual) so I can take a shot every time someone one stage says "work...AND play." I figure my liver will give out around mid-March.

Micro Center News: How I Turned Myself into an AI Video Clone for Under $50
My virtual twin can host videos, answer questions, and more -- and anyone can make one.
Then there's this post by @danackerman.bsky.social where he created a digital clone of himself (and interviews himself) that's really, really good - www.microcenter.com/site/mc-news...
