It seems clear—I think to everyone, now—that a false and illegal invocation of the Insurrection Act is coming before the end of the year. MSNBC first reported that Homan was recorded in Sept. 2024 accepting a bag with $50,000 in cash in an undercover FBI sting.

Bondi refused to answer, then attacked Whitehouse.
