Today was the annual New Year gathering, in my childhood home - a place where I was sexually abused. I lived there until I was 18. The perpetrator is no longer there but the memories of abuse are - in my old bedroom where he would come to ‘kiss me goodnight’. 1/

Gregg Wallace has been accused of making "lesbian jokes constantly" by a woman who worked on a travel show with him.

The woman, who we are calling Anna, said he was "fascinated" by the fact she dated women and asked her the "logistics" of how it worked.

You need to know it's common for trauma survivors to feel guilt about setting limits, up to & including "no contact," w/ people who trigger us-- but that guilt doesn't mean it was a bad decision.
