I could go back to being Balsam Aster again.

I'm about 50/50 on usage of (just) "Virgin Road" vs "The Executioner and Her Way of Life". Longass English title and I think most people familiar with the series will know wtf I'm talking about. On the other hand, in the event someone isn't familiar it doesn't appear remotely related.

I think maybe a week or two after that, the ui for gifs-as-video did slightly improve in that it detected them and defaulted to video (whereas if you didn't explicitly go to the video thing, it would try to upload the gif as a still picture and then silently fail or something weird).

The weird thing is that you've been able to post gifs-as-video since video was added a year or whatever it was ago, but a couple months ago everybody discovered this and were like "bluesky has added gif support!" and I was like, "yay, no, wait, no they didn't and nothing's changed".
