theres a lot to be thankful for. im so thankful for my friends and family who live in the moment with me! and good music. 😊💐

at the top of this hike, the plaque read "living in the moment could be the meaning of life". I think thats right. im young so I never had my health taken away like that before.

but all we really have is right now. is it cliche to say? did i learn this lesson later than everyone else? meh.

it was an easy fix, they shake your head until your ear crystals go back in to place (literally) but I didn't know what it was for the longest time. I lost a lot of muscle and sanity from it.

a lot has changed for the good. at the start of the year, I had this terrible thing called BPPV, which makes the room spin if you move too fast. I couldn't hike or enjoy nature last time.
