oh yeah, I guess I've seen that in the newer shows! The older shows are still the older method. I hadn't noticed a new font but I did notice the signs interpretation was missing here and there, and the subtitle placement sometimes was hard to read against the background.

I was thinking that when the goal is not to make lots of money but to shove information into people's brains, so they can think about neuroscience -- admittedly I'm not doing it on a large scale, but from an artisanal point of view, it's easy to see progress every week.

Which is pretty satisfying.

Explaining to one lab member about the brain as a prediction engine; to a second about artifacts in T1 images; and a third about why aging is an important covariate in schizophrenia analyses; plus really having to THINK about experimental design, today--

I love it, but I'm tuckered. 😂

Colorado's Wild Horse Inmate Program (WHIP) will end after 30 years, as feds cut funding. Inmates tamed wild horses using an approach approved by animal scientist Temple Grandin.

100 animals to be relocated, 5 state employees reassigned. Reporting shows some of these horses went to border patrol.
