My doc gave me bio- identical hormones and we had to adjust the amount once. Now the only hassle is every 3 months presenting the health insurance card to get repeat prescriptions as they only give 3 months worth but I can live with that to have no more brain fog and get a good nights sleep 😄

Don't suffer, go and ask for HRT. I tried all the healthy supplements, exercise and clean eating to no avail but HRT gave me my old life back.

The snow days are nearly over here in Hannover, our cat is the most fed up of everyone and just wants her balcony back to normal.

Even with a huge magnifying glass, I just spent 10 minutes threading this needle to sew a button on. Getting old 🪡👓

We put one of those up this summer and our Lilly is too scared of it so now someone has to get up and hold it open for her to get in and out whenever she desires 😹

Having a lazy Sunday with Lilly our senior cat, last Sunday was the same except the Schützenvereine marched down our street. Need to get more motivated to actually get out and do something nice.

Tomato update, getting there slowly, just need the sunshine to come back then they might start to ripen.

The only splurge we indulge in is renting a really nice car for road trips. We own a small car but it's no fun on the no speed limit autobahn.

A year ago I watched someone who did this from UK to Italy with a solar powered scooter in 10 days, you might get some inspiration by watching FunForLouis' journey (on youtube). Not exactly the same route, but he went along some really great scenic routes.

Made Aloo Chop, 2 different ways. One dipped in gram flour pakora style, one crispy version coated in flour/semolina.

I remember thinking, half a year ago or so, how great everything is going and then suddenly and since then, it wasn't 😒

Well, we might get a salad or two from my small balcony garden yet. Planted late so I'm guessing some time late August 😆

I can totally sympathise. I have 2, now grown up bilingual kids. One never speaks English, down right refuses 😥 the other never speaks German, even did his German university Bachelor and Master thesis' in English so who knows what I did wrong/right 🤪🤔

Oooh, not cheap but I'd be tempted as a one off treat. It's the only food item I miss here in Germany.

I put 2 nasturtium seeds in each flower box among the other plants and they last the longest, flowering right through to beginning of November.
