There was an awful banner about Arteta at Anfield today, and every single LFC fan I know and saw online thought it was terrible. But I also saw dozens of Arsenal posts about it saying, 'typical Liverpool' etc. We hate each other while the sport is bled dry by the real evils of the world.

I'm most reminded of this when reading ancient works where their 'truths' and assumptions are so wildly different as to seem hallucinogenic.

And I should clarify, I have extremely happy memories of his time with the club, and the teams he has been a part of.
