Really depends on your OS, on Ubuntu or Fedora with Gnome you can search for β€œSoftware” to bring up the β€˜app store’. On terminal you can try apt search sooperlooper or dnf search sooperlooper.

But um, did you check apt/dnf?

Hard to beat the classics, Fedora or Debian. Fedora KDE has been my go to recommendation for the last year.

YunoHost: garden your own piece of the Internet! YunoHost is a system that installs itself on a server and allows you to install and maintain - with very little technical knowledge - digital services (apps) that you control.

Throw your favorite os on a box and then install yunohost.org on it. I can’t think of anything as good with as low amount of effort needed.

SERVFAIL :: main

I first ran into #inideweb of course, but then I got into the infra side of it. People are running their own

Name servers: beta.servfail.network
Their own Internet: notes.pault.ag/tpl/

I’ve had time off work recently and have been using that time to explore Linux and tech for personal use instead of what I need for work.

That’s led me to the Indie Web or revival web side of the internet and I’ve been loving the premise of making the internet smaller, decentralized and personal.

I’m going to assume this is Ubuntu. That’s the only distribution that ever gives me weird package manager issues

I’m still sad about Jet. How about just using podman and bash?

I can’t tell if I’m missing something or if the ansible molecule docs are just very badly written.

I, for one, welcome the β€œabundance” fight. It shows the left can fight Trumpism while wrestling with how we can be better than we’ve been.

I have no interest in β€œactually the government has been doing great” liberalism.

Recommended this a friend recently. They texted this morning to tell me that they made their first-ever call to reps using this app. If you've been scared to call, this can help. If you know people who are scared to call, suggest this.

It's never to late to start and we're gonna need all of us.

I was at #kubecon during the Podman announcement, been trying to use it mroe. Love the quadlets and rootless behavior of podman. I figured the tighter integration with systemd would be a boon for testing with ansible.

I'll keep on eye on your site for any future posts on ansible-molecule. πŸ‘

@jeffgeerling.com I need a whole write up on modern #ansible molecule. Start to finish because every AI, book, and blog uses outdated flags and pip installation methods. As a bonus nobody seems to write about using #podman instead of docker.
