This is all coordinated with the regime. It's all theatre. CBC The National reported the Canadian drop was a "one-off". That means Canadian forces partook in a PR scheme to give the appearance that aid is being delivered while the policy of starvation remains. It's not the first time.

I recall Canada announcing they would get back into vaccine development and production way back at the beginning of the pandemic but it’s only been the sound of crickets since.

One thing that mainstream thought and norms erases from nearly all conversation is that unless someone lives under a truly democratic (read: socialist) state, all thinking people should be critical of their governments.

I know that the NDP is officially not a thing right now, but with the winds shifting on Israel, they need to be out there calling for full sanctions against the rogue state. Anything less is unacceptable.

That CBC is following rules from a state committing genocide when on a Jordinian plane tells you a lot about their current bias IMHO.

i think it is incumbent on the journalist to explain the enforcement mechanism. how is israel able to prevent you from showing what's happening on the ground? what happens if you do show it? why are you making this choice to comply?
