There's a direct causal relationship between the huge increase in transphobic articles (agitated by a well funded, but tiny number of transphobic activists) with scientifically illiterate, medical & legal changes removing trans rights.

My little pleasure is putting my moisture booster, eye cream and face cream on everyday. That little act of self care reminds me to take a breath and live in that moment alone.
If you can't afford to pay someone a living wage... You can't afford to hire that person. Sort out your business model. Nobody would expect to get materials for less than cost, so why should you get people on the cheap?
