Hi everyone! I've been quiet for a while β€” busy with a project that means a lot to me. After three years of work, I’m proud to share my popular science book on longevity: Immortality or Death: From Entropy to Eternity. I’d love to hear what you think!

Why am I not surprised? He has a lot of antiscientific ideas. Take his stance against gmos for example

πŸ§ͺ As my expertise lies in computational biology, I have written a brief rebuttal to the lab-leak hypothesis presented in the report by the U.S. Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic. In it, I reference some of the latest studies supporting the Wuhan Market hypothesis.

might also be a factor! But i think the forgery argument is very compelling considering the bias of birth days that are multiples of 5

I don't think magnetics fields can affect longevity. But thr fabrication of birth records seems possible and should be connected with crime rate.

Surprisingly, Okinawa, famed as a 'blue zone' of longevity, also has Japan's highest crime rate. A new preprint suggests longevity there might stem from simpler factors than diet or lifestyle. Thoughts?
