lol, there's a difference between facade metrics and fundamental ones that provide actual insight

What has worked for me:
- at least 2h decompress time before bed
- never touch the phone when in bed
- dark, cold room
- no food for 3h before sleeping
- regular intake of magnesium, tryptophan, zinc, B vitamins and vit C (needed so that the body can produce melatonin)

So instead, I'll be taking some time off today to do sewing and garden planning. Probably a bit of knitting too.

Recharging is much needed to keep momentum.

Just got a cold email from someone.

It was phrased in a misleading way.
Making me think they want consulting from me, but actually, they were selling their services.

That's how you don't do it.
It'll annoy people, waste their time and you'll lose trust.
That was the effect on me.

I think some people get pulled into it and buy on a whim, only to discover that it wasn't a good fit. Because often those kind of cold emails also work with promotional pressure a lot.

This is the way to go. Then it doesn't annoy people and opens the door.

Yes, I think so too. It's when people give surface level prompts to create an outreach message.

Which means by sending a high quality one, you can really stand out these days.
And by high quality i don't mean what is called best practice these days. Because this is everywhere.
