I mean things like

- managing your own energy
- and ruthlessly prioritizing

It's remarkable when you think of it, because it requires us to actually do have a deep understanding of accounting.
Not my favorite thing tbh, but I've got deep knowledge of it now for peace of mind.

And make sure to tailor it for the specific awareness level you're targeting.

The question is: what is the definition of a problem?
A problem could also be just the task to make something work. To move toward what you'd like to have.

Asking this every day can seriously influence the direction of your business in a good way I think.

Or even better: what's the next problem to solve so that the likelihood of having to put out fires is decreased significantly?

This is so often overlooked.
And: I don't know how this is in other countries, but here in Germany, even if you have an accountant or tax consultant, the CEO still carries all responsibilities for the books.
So yes, you better know your stuff.

An interesting point! It's not black and white.
Work with what you've got is the best way I think.

It's such a common thing I feel. It requires a bit of openness and the willingness to try things out.
Once you get positive feedback, you know you're on the right track.
