Ok watching the latest gachiakuta episode, finally saw the 2nd opening everyone has been talking about, visually it looks great! Song wise, the song is ehh, kinda forgettable but not bad

Besides some pacing issues, this season was building up the characters and getting to care about them more, and then lead us up to right before the main party. I understand the frustration people had with the ending, 7.5/10 for me. Why isnt S3 announced already?!

Finally Finished Kaiju No. 8 Season 2, it was very solid, but now after finishing it, i get why it has a lower score than s1. It is a setup season. There is a lot of great character moments and growth, but it is all buildup to a cliffhanger, it is frustrating to see all this hype to end on that

Yea I heard mixed reviews, I would like to get it one day, but not today. But I would be hyped if they made a sequel with the latest ys engine and add the modern ys and trails cast

If you recognize the artstyle, its by the same artist who did horimiya! First chapter out, it seems promising, a romcom with a aspiring mangaka, the artstyle reminds you of horimiya definitely. There are a couple of weird flags but overall looks promising.
