Finished watching Chiyu Mahou.
Typical isekai power fantasy with just a few decent enough twists. Show vibe is nice and tropey but adds just small enough fresh things to stand out.
Very average show that doesn't do anything special but it's also one of its strengths. It's an okay watch.

Using your hook as a summarizing title of your show is one thing. Having it be a lie and completely irrelevant within the first episode is another.

Stopped watching Hazure Skill fruitmaster.
Generic lying anime of the month.
Bad power fantasy show with crap writing. Has an isekai like title that gets ignored 5 minutes into the show.
Unfortunately this is very common in anime.

Finished watching Kanchigai Atelier. "The unaware atelier"
Typical kicked from party power fantasy show. Nothing to say. It's just one of the seasonal paycheck anime. Tropey but not awful enough to say it's complete garbage. Everything about this show is just meh.

Visuals are fantastic. The direction is stylish and dramatic. The characters are varied and delivered with flair and are all very unique. It's such an enjoyable show to watch and one of my most recent favourites.
On paper it doesn't do anything special but it just does it so well.
I'm excited for S2

Watched Wand and Sword: Wistoria.
It's fantastic. While it isn't original, it's the epitome of how a good production quality can elevate a series.
It starts as your typical bullied MC but very quickly grows to introduce strong new characters, the world and lots of growth.

Finished watching "Akuyaku Reijou nanode Last Boss wo Kattemimashita"
Garbage show.
Pretty bad as far as villianess shows go. Lot of hamfisting and just poor characters. MC was alright though. Rest of the cast is bad and can't hold up the ass pull story.

Finished watching kijin gentoushou.
It's an interesting enjoyable show let down by lots of meandering and jumps between plotlines.
It has a lot of great plots and ideas brought up but it just didn't bring them together in a well written way.

Finished Seijou no maryoku wa banou desu
It's.. Really nice. Very comfy and the characters are all pleasant. Sometimes you just need a show without too crazy conflicts between people. There isn't any crazy conspiracy and the enemies being identityless is nice.

I just feel like season 1 really rode on shirayuki having a strong headfirst nature. She wasn't afraid to solve her own problems.
6 episodes into season 2 and... She's done nothing.

Maybe I'm too much of a spiteful person but god. Too many of these stories they just get away with criminal things scot-free. I guess shoujo stuff is too rosey to show that but man.

I guess I really love some harshness to make stories feel more believable?

I really liked the first season of Akagami no Shirayukihime but the second season is pissing me off.

I kinda liked the more down to earth story of season 1 but season 2 is just a damsel in distress princess story. And the villians are BAD

Ah Prey. Apparently a masterpiece of a game that I can't play without fiddling with settings because it's another shitty made FPS port where 1/100 sensitivity on 1600 dpi mouse is still 20cm/360 or something dumb.

I criticize a lot but that's because I love the series too much. I feel like the director drank too much juice with 3d and kinda lost it and started making the game more hollywood with each game. Culminating in 5 being.. what it is. (I hated 5)

tl;dr
3rd Person ruined a lot of the atmosphere of Fatal Frame 2 and forced cutscenes just to get the same effect that the game achieved naturally through atmosphere.

hand grabby minigame when picking up items. oh my god.

Also if they go down the same path as 4/5 aaaaa. I want it so bad to be good
