I think it just highlights that Typescript was never really *meant* for websites (which is a shame)

It's honestly hilarious how many packages are required to compile a bunch of Typescript files into one main.min.js file you can use in the browser

Incredibly frustrating when you've spent the last 15+ years learning accessibility, performance, and UX as dogma only for every modern website to be a slow bloated mess

It can also be helpful if I'm dithering on a semantics choice, like "should I use a <nav> or a <menu>"? I'll ask it what the best practices are and it'll give an answer explaining its reasoning, and that can be helpful in getting my perfectionist ass to make a choice

Autocomplete on CSS is *terrible* though. In general the autocomplete is super annoying.

I use Copilot and find it very helpful in fixing small problems that I'd need to look at a bunch of docs to fix (hello Typescript errors). Also good at automating tedious tasks (building HTML for navs, etc). But you have to use it in tiny amounts, it can't *just build* something for you.
