We discussed this on PRU as we nerve blocked a NOF on scene and this ment as there was an ortho bed available, just had x-ray bloods, ECG and just went through ED straight to ward. If this could happen to would be amazing.

Thereβs 2, one red one green, carry everything from wound closure to USS and other diagnostics,Drugs and antibiotics and equipment for nerve blocks etc as well as resus kit. Combining with the kit on an RRV you can pretty much deal with anything minor to critical.

Change of scenery yesterday working along side an ED consultant on the Aneurin Bevan physician response unit (PRU). Assisting crews, Hospital avoidance and providing advanced treatments on scene. Was a great day and can truly say weβve helped the system and weβve helped patients directly.
