My thinking was for a hypothetical game he'd just be awakened but would still be grappling with...whatever happened to him in X8. To me it'd be weird to NOT have Axl as a character in the third part of the trilogy 😅

Mega Man X idles! I'm a big fan of @snakepixel.art's work, and an even bigger fan of the Mega Man franchise, so the moment I saw he did sprites for it I knew I had to animate them (and add Axl!)
