🧵 1/3 Had another excellent musical meet-up, this time inside, where there's AC (it was 36° with the humidex in the barn, where we usually play in the summer months).

One of our newer members brought us some absolute bangers: "Walls" by Tom Petty and "Shame on the Moon" by Rodney Crowell.

When I was a teen, one of my favourite artists was #TollerCranston. This is one of my paintings from those days, and you can definitely tell who influenced me! I still love Toller's art.

Lovely interview!

When I was about 12, I took a row boat out for a spin (on my own). When I was about 30 metres from the dock, I noticed there was a huge dock spider coming at me from under the bow. Without thinking, I dove over the side and dog-paddled my way back to the dock with the tow rope between my teeth.

If you can, take some time off and treat yourself to doing something you really like or something you find relaxing.

I hope you feel more upbeat soon.
