Crawling on here to say Novavax is in stock in NYC, at your local CVS! Just got my flu + Nova, today. As always, I:

• Scheduled online for Moderna
• Checked in for my appt and requested Novavax
• Had to explain that they had Nova in stock, when the attendant told me that they don’t have it

I’m going to LOSE MY EVER-LOVING MIND WITH UNEDUCATED PHARMACISTS AND DOCTORS. I had to BEG my mom to go get the Novavax before this batch expires, on March 31, and this pharmacist told her NOT TO GET IT BECAUSE IT IS EXPIRING SOON? ARE YOU JOKING?!

#HOCl is to me as Windex is to Toula’s dad in My Big Fat Greek Wedding—I spray that shit on everything 🤭

Most recent uses? Windex replacement for my bathroom mirror; sides of Darcy’s litter box; Darcy’s cactus scratcher + catnip toys 🤭

I am at a loss for words at the feeling in my chest knowing the universal masking and other airborne mitigation so many have been begging for across the nation for literal years could have prevented this. If you work in healthcare and you’re not wearing something better than a surgical mask, why?

five years of
protect each other
this is not normal
take care take care take care

who did you think you would be, when you came to understand how a mask could protect you & others?

are you still that person?

what choices could you make to reduce suffering? toward clean air?

I can’t believe that we are at the point where we need to constantly remind everyone that children aren’t meant to die from vaccine-preventable diseases.

And yet so many purported “leftists” throw a fit when called out for perpetuating eugenics by not masking and living superspreader lives that are in direct contravention of everything they claim to stand for

Stand for what? You can’t even withstand social pressure re: masking 😭

More evidence that being vaccinated against COVID confers indirect protection to others. The strength & durability of this protection is a bit higher with infection-acquired immunity, but for that you must get the very thing you're trying to avoid in the first place.
