the tornado is generated. He can fly independently, using the small aerial in his feet, and move freely over the sea to the position of the low pressure where a typhoon is likely to occur.

A weather-type robot, who belongs to the aerial weather control station, which aims to offset the initial typhoon that occurred at sea and prevent damage. Tornado Man is a dedicated control unit for the tornado generator installed in the sky. It also serves as a pointer to identify the location
