Sean's right, and I didn't even get invited to one of their conventions, I just got cast as one bear and they found me right away. While I didn't take them up on the fursona, we made friends and now I guess I ended up in a Hensoning era instead. No regrets!

I didn't think I'd ever be able to post this, but I'm Hiro in the English dub of Digimon Ghost Game! Every time the weather got weird, I'd wonder when my Digivice would fall from the sky and whack me on the head. Guess it's now, huh?

Every time I got to hear your voice in this dub I knew I was going to have a great time listening to it. Congratulations Sean, you killed it!

Amazon has had many opportunities to create dubbing projects filled with authentic storytelling, emotional connection, and believability. Instead they have chosen to create AI slop dubs of Banana Fish, Vinland Saga, and No Game No life. Many are calling these dubs "insulting" and "disrespectful".

I'm hesitant to call the AI Banana Fish hilarious at all. "Hilarious" would be if more of us bought the rights to mid IPs and had human actors improv their way through them, like a modern-day Ghost Stories. This is taking what I keep hearing is a great but niche IP, and sucking out its humanity

The only thing less human than these AI dub performances is the decision to sign off on them

A company this big can pay human actors a decent wage, not produce slop that intentionally removes the human element.
