If you cannot help, at least don't hurt.
We may not always be able to offer assistance or support.
But we can control our impact on others.
Choosing not to hurt someone or something creates a safe space for them.
This simple act can be a powerful gesture of kindness and respect.

To train for my 2020 PCT adventure, I would hike around Angels Camp CA. Luckily it had a lot of hills so it made for a great workout. I trained with a full 40-pound pack.

No matter what I do or how I think, the world will go on regardless.
When I was hiking the PCT I was focused on Gratitude and life was amazing, even while the world around me was having a melting down.
Maybe I should be doing the same thing now.
