It's a waste of everyone's time to be treating your customers this way. I'm now being forced to create an account with British Gas to pay a bill that I never should have had to pay.

I filled out a change of address form weeks ahead of the move as well as submitted meter readings immediately on the day of the move. Why hasn't the account been switched over until this moment when I had to personally reach out and request clarification?

Hey @octopus.energy could you please explain why my energy provider switch never actually took place after having moved into my new address two and a half months ago despite receiving an email that it had?

Perhaps good things can still happen in the animation industry?? It's just as likely everything will be stressful again in a week as is the way when you're learning the ropes on a new project but u bet I'm gonna savor this while it lasts.

Granted I'm full of coffee right now and sunshine serotonin but today is my last day on a project that could not have wrapped more smoothly, we get a bank holiday weekend and next week I start on a new show from a creator whose work I followed obsessively in the 2000s!!

It's now lost in the folds of time but in 2012 I launched a small Kickstarter myself. I can tell you with confidence: a campaign is not only a lot of work, but it takes courage to put your face on a video and say "can you fund this thing I'm making"

Love and support for the trans community in the UK today, the supreme court decision is a pitiful regressive step for the country, which will ultimately embolden bigots - transphobia is a curse on our society and the UK's weird obsession with it is driving us all into the dirt.
