Check out this wild bootleg that I just got! It has 15 games on it, although it does not save your progress in Super Mario Land 2. The reset button doesn't appear to actually do anything, so you have to flip the power switch to change games. I love how weird this thing is and its extra long case!

Suddenly realizing that over the last decade or so I've probably played more Shattered Pixel Dungeon on my phone than any other game on any platform by a wide margin. It's so good, but I've only beaten it once 😅

Yeah, it's pretty cool! The batteries were dead, but that's an easy fix, and it can take a USB cable too, I'll have to find the right spot to set it up and plug into USB. I remember seeing them at the store new, but I wasn't going to pay $25 or whatever. I'll take $4 at Goodwill any day 😤

A few more games! I go for a month or two without buying anything, then it's all at once 😅 Quattro Sports matches my copy of Quattro Adventure on NES, and Raging Fighter is a 2D fighting game I've always been curious about for Game Boy. Also I got the PlayStation light at Goodwill for $4, not bad!

A cartogram distorts the geometry of features based on a variable. Instead of displaying US states by their true shape, they're sized based on population. This makes the features look odd, but can illustrate distributions that might be difficult to see or understand. It's a dramatic technique :D

ArcGIS Pro finally has a built-in tool to generate contiguous cartograms with version 3.5! About time! Now I don't have to futz around with custom tool boxes that break when Arc updates 😌

I assumed these were the adult mating pair, I hadn't seen the nest in use until recently.

Also, I just learned that Carolina Wrens mate for life and live around six years. So this is the same pair that have been using this nest for the last couple of years (and will probably have another year or two after this season)!
