RTC-3057 for Doom: Doom with a tinge of survival horror. - You Found a Secret Area! RTC-3057 was one of those Doom mods making use of some the new features ZDoom brought. And it does those damn well.

For May, I wanted to dip into the classic Doom mods and WADs well once more.

I covered the classic RTC-3057, a ZDoom-powered mod that made Doom feel more like a horror game similar to System Shock.

Now I kinda want a spiritual successor to this...

Jeffrey's one of my long-standing Patreon members. A few years back he commissioned me for the soundtrack to this mapset, and I still consider it among my best Doom-MIDI work.

Would love to see more work from him, honestly! The mapset is lusciously detailed and paced wonderfully.

So is there a hard date limit on setting yourself New Year's resolutions? It's just gone midnight on 2nd Jan and I've only just thought of some good ones
