Its really interesting how a little calm, rest, or a short trip can turn down the overthinking and stop that β€œI'm overwhelmed” spiral, especially around the stuff you actually want to do. Otherwise, you start convincing yourself that the thing you call your β€œpassion” isnt yours anymore.
