We spent the day in Humboldt Park (Chicago's Puerto Rican neighborhood) yesterday, dreaming of our next visit. Went to the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts & Culture—it was so great. An exhibit outside was murals from PR artists and speakers playing the sounds of coqui frogs singing.

I've also used them in risotto!

They are hard to find where we are. I usually get them dehydrated, then reconstitute for a creamy pasta dish. Soooo good.
