Water safety
We are committed to reducing the number of people who drown in the tidal Thames, either accidentally or through suicide.
Powerful new water-safety film from the Port of London Authority π as summer in the city brings more people to the River Thames and the foreshore. Stay Back, Stay Out, Stay Safe.

The X40 River Rapids bus service is popular with National Trails walkers on the #ThamesPath and the Ridgeway because it stops at convenient locations to access these long-distance walking routes and connects with @gwr.com rail services at Reading.
