I finally received the physical copy of our special issue in memory of my PhD advisor Denis Blackmore (lnkd.in/gGVqcpHK). Edited by Anthony Rosato, John Tavantzis, and me.
I know Denis would be proud of the wonderful scientific contributions in his memory. RIP Denis, we all miss you very much.
My sentiments exactly. Except switch "raise money for shelter animals" with "do math". Although I do love animals, but that would be further down the priority list for me.

Looks like bsky cut off the ending of the URL. Let's see if this works: sam.gov/opp/869c8d73...

Same. Doesn't seem worth it anymore unless absolutely necessary.

Quite the coincidence this was right after Nathan Kutz did his sabbatical there :).
I'll also claim a tiny bit of credit as Nathan's work there was based off our collaboration on damped-driven dynamical systems at @uofwa.bsky.social
Hi, I had a question about this. Should I use the general PIMS contact form or is there a specific email I should be using?
Thank you,
Amin
What does brainstorming about image processing entail? haha.
Admittedly, I don't know much about image processing and only use it as a means to an end, but I did write an article about it once: www.siam.org/publications...
I second this. I always end up choosing MIT.

Love the Olympics (and the Cascades)! That was one of my favorite things about commuting to @uofwa.bsky.social. On sunny days got the Olympics on the bike ride in and Rainer and the Cascades on the ride out.

Not sure how these things work, but if possible, I'd like to be included.
Thanks for doing this!
