Cis journos who fancy themselves our allies - one of the best things you could do right now is push some human interest stories about trans people like this into the mainstream.

And today I learnt what "epistemic injustice" is and that I (along with other trans people) am experiencing it.

It's a very readable article that academically captures the reality of trans experiences in the uk and the impacts of recent legal judgements -- "living in the conditional at all times".

I can't begin to describe how sad I am at how much comics journalism is underfunded and underappreciated, how much creators are part of the problem it's like this.

Just also like. It means SO much to me that I have just been published in a feminist journal :") feminism and reading about feminism made me self-realise my womanhood. I was so hesitant to self ID as a woman but it was feminists who helped me understand my experiences as misogyny.
