i know there's a lot of games to play right now, but if you've ever thought "i wish there was a card-driven RPG with fantastic art and voices, that mixed the episodic nature of Star Trek with Gundam-esque mecha" then congrats, they made that. it's Battle Suit Aces. it's out today.

yep. still got my flu shot but they asked questions about my health and denied me my covid shot despite letting me make an appointment for it with all the same health info submitted

eh bit behind can mean longer tail on relevance! not encouraging being way behind at all times but a little behind can keep a game in the conversation. it’s not all bad.

damn when i dealt with a dualshockers embargo-break in 2018 i had to cross-reference reddit names to twitter names and filter by followers compared to journos i’d distro’d to and then bring my evidence and theory to the then-editor. what happened to the thrill of the chase.

The worst thing that has ever happened in video games marketing was when bots learned how to email code requests for the fake IG/YT/Twitch channels they run and then follow up a few days later, endlessly.
