I have a performance review every year and if I don’t meet my goals and performance metrics I DONT get a raise. If congress wants more money, ok: we want $15 federal minimum wage, a fair and reasonable tax structure that doesn’t favor the 1% and HEALTHCARE for all for starters.

I have LED lights everywhere. I love walking around in the “dark” and I don’t have to turn on any big lights. The ones on my stairs are motion detected so they light up for me as I go 🙂
