The second number is where Iran is now, again per the IAEA. The Obama-era nuclear deal left out many things, such as what to do about Iran's ballistic missile program and its regional proxies. The enrichment aspect was working, per the IAEA. Context for any new Trump deal.

3.67% + nearing 90%. Those are the key metrics to know about Iran's uranium enrichment. The first number was the level the UN's nuclear watchdog (IAEA) verified Iran was enriching at around the time Trump, in his first term, pulled the US out of the JCPOA (nuclear) deal.
