The complicated state of DACA litigation; a DACA regulation implemented by the Biden admin was entirely blocked, but in March the 5th Circuit partially overturned that decision, limiting its impact to Texas alone. DHS acknowledged today that for now, people in 49 other states can get initial DACA.

Iranian woman seeking asylum collapses as ICE agents arrest her husband An Iranian woman collapsed during her husband's ICE arrest and began convulsing from a panic attack. Video shows their pastor pleading with agents during her medical emergency.

This happened in my neighborhood this week. A woman who is an Iranian asylum seeker with a hearing date collapsed in ICE custody. She was taken to UCLA hospital. ICE took her after she was released from the hospital. This is happening all around LA. www.nbcnews.com/video/irania...
