I'm 67, and lists have kept me productive with my presumably but undiagnosed ADD (I fit the basic criteria but wonder if I developed coping skills for some that I don't have) I use to, & sometimes still refer myself as lazy <shug>

I make lists with non-fun items & rewards throughout and cross them off as I go
DON'T load yourself wirh items to the point of failing

My son and I had a conversation this morning, and with his urging, we will wear our masks at work specifically but on public generally (we're both school bus aides and he's caught 3 big headcolds since last summer) this is a human that got perfect attendance in all his school years.

My son is high functioning but employment is limited. tho he's been working for over 10 years not full-time and it'll never be big $$.
