I guess weβre all feeling in the dark at the moment. In future, if it really grows, there will inevitably have to be some kind of revenue generation (ads) and I suppose then weβll find out about the algorithm.

Has anyone seen any audience data for Bluesky? And any algorithm analysis?
Strikes me that many will launch accounts here, and close their X ones. But thatβs about it.
It will still be the βcorp message dumping groundβ.
A bit like Twitter always was.

Who is this place for?
Is there anyone βnewβ on here β and by that I mean not a Musk-ousted Twitter refugee?
If weβre all just those people, longing for βTwitter pre-Muskβ then this isnβt much of an audience.
And Twitter has always been βtickboxβ for corp comms rather than for engagement.

Itβs clichΓ©d but true that weβre lucky to have people who want to dedicate their lives to helping others.
And itβs also clichΓ©d but true to say itβs moments like those that make you proud to work βwithβ (albeit in VERY different roles!) these people.
