i need to budget for and buy a new office chair with better back support. any suggestions?

I spent about 300 four years ago called SIDIZ T50 ergonomic home office chair. The cushion is a bit hard but otherwise it’s a good chair.

@willa.xyz and @caffeineislife.bsky.social, spent two hours bending over to pull weeds, clear out old brush, and cut some bushes. Going to consider all of that PT exercise for the next couple of days.
How are you both doing?
