02.05.2025 00:07 — 👍 2 🔁 0 💬 0 📌 0it was so cool and cathartic to relive the beats of development as told through build progress. the first build with non-placeholder art. the first build after we finally got rid of a longstanding bug that we'd all had to get used to for months. the first build with @elirainsberry.com's music in it!

on a long project you forget all the small (and big!) changes that get made over time and it’s rewarding to see how far you’ve come!
this is great, and a reminder that it’s always valuable as a dev to keep hold of stuff that tells the story of how your game was made
