Do I believe there is hope for us? Absolutely.

Not a passive hope that waits for rescue, but an active, living hope—a hope you build with your hands, your voice, your choices. As long as you care, as long as you act, as long as you refuse to let despair win, hope is alive.

I’ll get there eventually

I don’t just want people to learn about nature; I want them to feel it in their bones, to look at the world with fresh eyes, and to care enough to protect it, for its own sake, and the sake of future generations.

Sometimes I see insects that I’ve never seen before, and I feel like a kid again 😊 Podisus placidus, a young one at least. It’s a species of predatory stink bug in the family Pentatomidae.

Hard question to ask (harder to answer), but I’m curious on peoples thoughts:
