Joanne, There are such things as a citizen arrest but, in the case of ICE that would be like trying to detain an armed hoodlum who does not respect the law for starters. In many jurisdictions, a citizen can appear before a magistrate and swear out a warrant to arrest a specific individual..

We visited the memorial in India and watching those in attendance is something to behold so many years afterwards.

We have had some new (and small) pigs in the house but they grow so quickly that they must go to the field where they have shelter, blankets and hot lamps for the more vulnerable.
