Fandom is supposed to be a good thing. It's supposed to be fun! If it isn't, find a new perspective.

For me this has often meant separating myself from the online discourse. So many times lately I've gotten into something new, checked in on the fans of it, and they just seem so *miserable*.

I will pass this on to King K. Rool, thank you so much. He really needs to hear this. He will make his tech even worse on purpose.

Art I drew the night of the game's release. At the time, I said: "Donkey Kong smiling at Pauline, who is on his shoulder, smiling back at him. There is also a frame with a pattern reminiscent of the DK arcade girder motif seen throughout the game (it can also represent a specific pattern seen in a very specific place elsewhere, but who knows? I certainly don't know. I can only hope)."
