Also highly reccomend Seasisters, you can order direct from their website and there's 10% off if you order 3 tins. I love their Cuttlefish, the Cornish hake in seaweed & butter, also the whelks in Kimchi sauce

Hello, Tinned fish market are the best for ordering online. If it's a treat tin I'd reccomend ABC+, the Trout is relish and Mackerel in curry sauce are both great. Los Pepretes are all incredible too (I'd recommend the seabass in Salsa Verde and the tuna in butter)

I've been craving Thai food so much since coming home, was very satisfied

Delicious Southern Thai cooking at Kolae by Borough Market. Mussels on skewers the highlight for me, also loved the house made pickles. Their signature chicken skewer was delicious, worked perfectly with a refreshing mango & cucumber salad with dried shrimp. Pickled mango dirty martinis for the win.

Today has been all about Mango Sticky Rice, just the three portions today because I'm being sensible. The quality of Mangoes in Thailand is insane

More great street food for lunch today at Phloen Chit outdoor market. Great Takoyaki (including vegetarian and chicken options), then some Khanom Krok (coconut milk pancakes - I went for pumpkin flavour, these were the highlight of my lunch), ended with some Puffs (curried chicken was the best)

Some great food at Tha Phra Open Air Market last night. Pad Kaprow was good but nothing beats food on a stick, love the small differences between the spicy sauce at each stall.

A lovely day exploring Bangkok.
My daily visit to Lumphini park to stroke to local cats and keep my distance from the monitor lizards. Then enjoyed exploring Hualamphong Temple, devoid of tourists which was a nice touch.

Think I've found my favourite street food cart in Bangkok.
First one was like chicken meatballs with a crispy coating, second was a good old fashioned sausage with chilli sauce, lastly was crispy and chewy tofu pieces with possibly spinach and seaweed. Apologies for lack of Thai names.

Great Pad Thai at Thipsamai in Bangkok yesterday. It's served inside an omlette with instructions how to eat it and how to season it yourself with lime, fish sauce, peanuts and chilli powder.
Loved the iced coconut drink too

A very good evening of eating last night. A delicious crispy pork with morning glory (so good I'm really tempted to have it again tonight), a yellow curry crab & egg stir fry, vanilla soft serve and jelly from Chinese chain MIXUE followed by a Thai Banana Roti with condensed milk.

A lovely day at sea off Pattaya yesterday. Lots of swimming and snorkeling, we visited an island where we had the beach to ourselves, also some fishing (and the lucky fish ended up on the bbq). Ended with some cocktails and watching the sunset #thailand

Leo's Tavern deserves its own post because it was such a great place. Down a small alleyway then up a few flights of stairs. My favourite cocktail was Saline Wisps - Roku Gin, Salted Apricot Ginger, Jasmine essence, Jasmine tea, Kumquat juice.
